The Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers are headed to Carolina.
The Miami Herald reports the Panthers have waived tight end Nick O’Leary and defensive tackle Kevin Coyle.
Coyle played in four games last season, recording six tackles, two sacks and one quarterback hit.
He had been with the Dolphins for one season.
O’Leary is a seventh-round pick out of Arkansas.
Miami Herald reporter Chris Fowler has the latest on the Panthers’ moves: The Dolphins have waived offensive lineman Nick O�Leary, tight end Kevin Caughtry, linebacker Darrin Mccormick, cornerback DeAndre Goolsby and defensive end Kevin Williams.
They have also released safety Deon Johnson, defensive lineman Anthony Steen and safety Kevin Clark.
The Panthers waived linebacker Josh Mauga, linebacker Brandon Brooks, cornerback Jordan Richards, defensive end Demarcus Robinson, defensive tackle Dontae Johnson and offensive tackle Ryan Krol.
They also have released safety Brandon Smith, offensive lineman Kyle Williams, receiver Justin Hunter, offensive tackle Tyler Matakevich, offensive guard Anthony Watson and linebacker Ben Edwards.
Caughtry has been on injured reserve the past two seasons and has never played in the NFL.
He played in 14 games last year with the Saints, recording seven tackles and one sack.
The Dolphins released wide receiver Anthony Steck and tight end Josh Maughi.
They waived cornerback Kyle Fuller and defensive lineman Demarcis Robinson.
The Dolphins also have waived defensive end Dontaniel Carter and wide receiver Justin Blackmon.
The Carolina Panthers waived tight ends Ryan Kerrigan and Deon Lewis, linebacker Kevin Cavanaugh, cornerback Brandon Browner and safety Demarcs Robertson.
They signed offensive tackle Josh Prewitt, wide receiver Brandon Lloyd, cornerback John Johnson and linebacker Kevin Williams to contracts.
