Dubai is one of the world’s most expensive real estate markets, with property prices set to increase by 30 percent in the next decade.
It’s not all sunshine and rainbows though.
Dubais hotels are notoriously messy, with some rooms left bare or partially full, while others are empty.
That’s where the Fake Hotel comes in.
Dubans hotel, designed by Danish architect and architect Bert Jørgensen, is the latest example of Dubai’s growing trend of fake hotels.
Dubays new hotel, the Fake, has become a hit among the locals.
Dubay’s newest real estate, the hotel, opened in March and attracted over 30,000 visitors.
It has attracted the attention of locals, who have been flocking to its main floor, the VIP Room, which has been dubbed the “Queen of Dubai”.
“It has become such a huge success.
We are very happy with the result,” a hotel official told the BBC.
Dubya has become the most expensive city in the world to live in, and it’s not just because of the high cost of living.
It also has a lot to do with the city’s large population of expats who, in the past, stayed in the capital city.
“Dubai has an incredible and dynamic culture, and the tourism industry has become quite a big part of the economy.
We’re always looking for new ways to create new jobs,” an Emirati official told Al Jazeera.
